Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't be happier with my choice of this hotel. The location is phenomenal, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Dotonbori area and within walking distance to a plethora of dining options. The rooms, typical of Japanese standards in this price range, were spotless and cozy, offering a comfortable stay. The staff, from the warm welcome at my late-night check-in to the attentive housekeeping service, were all exceptionally nice and helpful. Although the dining options weren't the most varied, the hand-pulled noodles were a savory delight. The facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel had small rooms, but they were surprisingly very clean and comfortable. The reception was not efficient, and there was a hint of smoke smell, possibly from staff members. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was overall fine.
My stay at this hotel was incredible! The rooms were surprisingly spacious for the price, even by Japanese standards. They were very new and even better than what I saw on the website, but I did feel they were a bit stuffy, even with the air conditioner on. The service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff. The gentleman at the front desk explained everything to me in good English, from using the room key to late-night access. However, I was disappointed when they refused to store our bags even for a short period. The location couldn't have been better - near the station, shopping stores, restaurants, and within walking distance to all the famous city districts including Dotonburi. The dining experience left something to be desired as the breakfast was limited to just a few items. Overall, a great value for the money.
